El nacimiento de un nuevo bufete ha sorprendido al sector legal, se trata de Atland, despacho en el que se congregan 15 abogados y economistas con una contrastada trayectoria en el asesoramiento jurídico y económico a empresas del middle market.
Su origen se remonta a la firma aragonesa JYM Abogados, despacho que, tras más de 10 años de crecimiento sostenido y con una facturación superior a los 1,5 millones de euros, ha iniciado ahora etapa marcada por una nueva estructura organizacional y un estratégico plan de expansión territorial tras la integración de One Step Ahead, el acuerdo alcanzado con Damihifactum y la incorporación de los socios catalanes Joaquín Massanella y Luis Grech.
Nombramientos y objetivos
Con el fin de alcanzar sus objetivos, Atland ha anunciado la previa promoción de Paloma Larroy como socia, y la llegada de Carlos Peralta como Of Counsel externo. Estos cuatro profesionales atesoran una contrastada trayectoria profesional tras su paso por firmas como Garrigues, Cuatrecasas y EY.

El socio del despacho en Zaragoza, Juan Jiménez, ha afirmado que: “todos nuestros socios y Of Counsel provienen de firmas big law, donde han desempeñado puestos de responsabilidad, como se aprecia en su forma de trabajar, muy enfocada al conocimiento del negocio de nuestros clientes. Sin embargo, la tipología de nuestra estructura ofrece también la cercanía de una boutique legal, con trato directo con los socios responsables y acompañamiento continuado a los clientes en todo su ámbito de actividad, con independencia de la especialidad o especialidades concretas en las que estemos trabajando”.
Con la unión de todos estos especialistas, que cuentan con más de 20 años de experiencia, y el lanzamiento de la nueva marca, Atland aspira a convertirse en el despacho nacional de referencia para el mercado intermedio.
El socio de la firma en la capital aragonesa, Javier Moreno, ha mencionado que: “tras el crecimiento sostenido experimentado, consideramos estratégico reforzar el desarrollo que, durante los últimos años, estamos teniendo en ciudades como Madrid y Barcelona. Pensamos que contar con una estructura sólida, pero también flexible, en el eje Madrid-Zaragoza-Barcelona nos permitirá alcanzar la práctica totalidad de ese mercado, generando notables expectativos de crecimiento rentable que esperamos materializar”.
